Get Ready Baby!
This class is for expectant families looking for eye opening tips to get ready for baby’s arrival. We’ll learn calming techniques, what to consider when setting up the nursery, parenting expectations between you and your partner (often they aren’t what you expect!) and more. Parenting is instinctual, but most new parents lack the confidence. This class will give you the confidence you need to get the best start possible! Includes Dr. Karp’s Happiest Baby DVD and CD set. 2+ hours, $45
Feel Good Baby!
This infant massage class is for parents and babies 3 weeks old to pre-crawling. In this 2-week class you will learn to interpret your baby’s body language and cues. We will focus on the forms of communication that develop between parent and infant and we will learn infant massage techniques to help encourage communication and help both you and your baby relax and enjoy quality time. Includes massage oil and instructional booklet. $45 (Class size limited.)
Feel Good Baby Too!
This class is for those who have participated in the Feel Good Baby! class, but need a review for additional children. We also talk more about your adjustment into parenthood and see how things have been going. It’s also a great time to help your older child become more involved with the new baby. 1+ hours, $20
Parent’s Unite!
This class is a guided tour through the maze of parental challenges and delights. We will find ways that we can all work together, amongst our differences, to raise our children in a very complex world. It’s an open discussion. Bring your thoughts, your ideas, and an open mind.
